Crust:

1 stick oleo, softened
1 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 cup flour
4-5 tbsp. sugar

1st layer:
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 cup confectioner sugar
large cool whip

2nd layer:
1 large package instant chocolate pudding, made by directions on box (cut out a small amount of milk)
1 large package instant vanilla pudding, made by directions on box (cut out a small amount of milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients of crust and place in 9 X 13 dish. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes. Set aside and let cool. Mix together, cream cheese, confectioner sugar and at least 1/2 of cool whip. Pour over top of cooled crust. Mix chocolate pudding as directed and pour over cream cheese mixture. Mix vanilla pudding as directed and pour over chocolate pudding. Spread remainder of cool whip over top, and chill.

There are alternatives to this recipe:

Blueberry Pie Filling: You may substitute 1 can Blueberry Pie Filling for the chocolate/vanilla puddings.
Be sure to let blueberry filling chill on top of other mixture in refrigerator for a while before putting cool whip on top, to prevent the blueberry filling from bleeding into the cool whip.

Butterscotch Pudding:
Exchange 3 regular size butterscotch pudding mixes for chocolate/vanilla pudding. Put the amount of milk listed on the pudding boxes. After putting cool whip on top of dish, sprinkle butterscotch chips over the top.
