Burdock
1/4 tsp. or more of baking powder
flour
salt and pepper
2 eggs, beaten
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Clean burdock and cook in boiling salted water until tender.

Make paste of 1/4 tsp. or more of baking powder, salt and pepper.

Blend baking powder and flour (as needed depending on how much burdock you have). Add salt and pepper. Add 2 beaten eggs and mix well. Add milk until a thick but not too thick creamy consistency is obtained. Then place pieces of burdock in mixture and brown in hot oil.
