Christmas Vegetable Salad Recipe

1 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoons White vinegar
4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Sugar
Freshly ground pepper

2 cups Thinly sliced cauliflower
cup Sliced stuffed green olives
1/3 cup Chopped green pepper
1/3 cup Chopped red pepper

Put all dressing ingredients in jar. Shake well. Combine cauliflower, olives and peppers in glass bowl; pour dressing over all. Marinate in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
