1 Roll Sugar Cookie Dough

1 8 oz. Pkg. cream cheese
¾ C. Powdered sugar
¼ C. Fruit juice (Drained from canned fruit using on top of pizza.)
1 t. vanilla

Fruit of Choice (grapes, cherries, Mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, strawberries, kiwi)

¾ C Orange juice
¼ C Water
1 ½ T. Corn starch

½ t. Coconut flavoring
½ t. Almond flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Press cookie dough onto cookie or pizza pan which has been sprayed with PAM. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until brown. Let cool.

Whip together cream cheese, powdered sugar, fruit juice and vanilla and spread over cooled cookie dough. Arrange fruit of choice on top.

Mix together in small boiler: Orange juice, Water, and Corn starch. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat and add: Coconut flavoring and Almond flavoring. Drizzle over fruit. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and coconut.
Serves a crowd.
