1 1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened Margarine (1 stick)
2 big ripe bananas (mashed)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/4 cups flour
1 yogurt
1 tsp. banana extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine (softened) with sugar and eggs.
In another bowl create wet mixture;mix yogurt with vanilla, bananas (mashed) and banana extract.
Add flour with baking soda and baking powder to bowl with eggs and margarine, alternate flour mixture and wet mixture until everything is well mixed.
Bake on 350 for 45 minuets or until center is done.
