1-1/2 pounds fresh pork - course grind
1- pound ham - course grind
(in some markets you can find the ham loaf already mixed)
2 eggs slightly beaten )
1 cup fresh bread crumbs ) Mix together
1 cup milk )

Mix all ingredients together, pepper and onion salt, make into balls

Sauce: 3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp. mustard
Add crushed pineapple if desired. Bring to boil, pour over balls.

Bake 350º - about 2 hours - basting occasionally, once cooking well, reduce heat to 325º.
