8 cups diced tomatoes
4 cups diced onions
3 jalapeņos chopped fine (for hot, less for mild)
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 T sugar
1 T salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 large can tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything except the tomato paste in a large pot. Bring to boil and simmer for 1 hour. Add paste and cook for 15 minutes more.
Process for 20 minutes for pints.
