Crust:
1/2 c. Butter
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. Flour
2 tbsp. Sugar
Cake:
4 Egg Whites
2 c. Sugar
3 pkgs. 8 oz. Cream Cheese
Topping:
2 tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 pint Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Cream Butter, Flour and Sugar. Press in bottom of 9 inch spring form pan. Bake 20 minutes at 325º. Cake: Beat 4 Egg Whites until stiff. Gradually add 2 cups Sugar. Add Cream Cheese one package at a time and beat well. Pour over crust. Bake 30 minutes at 375º. Topping: Beat 2 tbsp. Sugar and 1 tsp. Vanilla into Sour Cream and gently pour over top of cake. Place in 475º oven and bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven cool and then chill 4 hours.
