1 Loaf Round bread
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1 small red onion
1 small tomato
1 small cucumber-thinly sliced
8 slices thin deli turkey
1\3 c Italian dressing
8 spinach leaves(stems removed)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cut horizontal slice off top of bread. Scoop bread out, leaving 1/2" of bread inside shell. Brush Italian dressing inside shell and under top. Layer shell with spinach leaves,1/2 c cheese, onion, turkey, tomato and cucumber. Top with remaining cheese and replace bread top. Wrap bread with foil and place on cookie sheet. Bake 45-50 min. or until heated through.
Remove foil and slice into six slices. ENJOY
