1 c. Flour
1 c. Corn Meal
4 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
1 c. Milk
1/4 c. Shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine Flour, Corn Meal, Baking Powder, Salt and mix well. Beat Eggs in small bowl then add to dry mixture along with the Milk. Mix well. Melt Shortening in a 10" skillet or Pyrex baking dish in the oven Remove and pour the Oil into the bread mixture, mix well. Pour the bread into the skillet or baking dish place in the oven and bake for 20-25 min.
