1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cornmeal without additives
3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 cup raisins (plumped)
1-1/2 cups Dannon Light Vanilla or Strawberry Nonfat Yogurt
2 large eggs
1/4 cup canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together, flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and baking soda and salt in large bowl. Then add raisins. Stir together yogurt, egg, and oil with fork in another bowl. Stir in dry mixture until well blended. Heat lightly greased griddle or skillet over medium or moderately low temperature. Pour 1/4 cup mixture forming 3-1/2 inch pancakes. Cook about 3 minutes, turn and brown on opposite side.
