SALAD:
1 Bag of baby spinach
1 Carrot (shredded)
2 Sticks of Celery
5 Shallots (green onions) chopped
Mushrooms sliced
2 Cup cooked white rice (cold)
1/2 Bag Bean Sprouts
Snow Peas

DRESSING:
1/2 Cup Soya Sauce
1 Cup Olive Oil
Pinch of Brown Sugar
2-3 Cloves Garlic (crushed)

Prepare salad in large bowl adding all ingredients. Mix dressing and keep in sealed container. Shake well and add to salad just before serving. Stir well
