6 lbs pork
1/4 cup scallions (green onions)
2 teaspoons pepper
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
wash pork, cut into medium chunks, soak in lime juice. Season with salt and pepper and marinate overnight if possible. In a clean pot put oil and put in pork 2-3 pieces at a time until golden brown. wash pot and use a little more oil, put pork in pot to cook down until tender. Then, put your season in for about 20-25- minutes. Serves 6 people
