Cheesecake

CRUST
¼ lb. melted butter
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix all the ingredients and with a rolling pin, roll out the crust to cover the baking pan (press into the pan, 12 ½ x 9 x 2) cook in pre-heated over for 10 minutes @ 300 degrees, (while waiting for the crust to cool prepare the filling)


FILLING
1 lb. Cream cheese
1 ½ cups sugar
6 eggs
1 ½ cups milk
2 tbs. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pint sour cream

Directions:

Mix the cream cheese, sugar, eggs (one at a time) vanilla, flour, and adding the milk and sour cream alternating.
Then pour into pan and cover the top with ground cinnamon.

Cook @ 300 degrees for one hour and ten minutes. Allow to cool for an hour before placing in the refrigerator.
