2 Chicken Breasts ,sliced
3/4 C. milk
2 C. veggies(carrots,pea pods,bamboo shoots,water chestnuts, broccoli)
3/4 C. white wine
1 tsp. salt
1 C.chicken broth
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Slice Chicken breast. Soak chicken in milk for 1/2 hour. Remove chicken from milk and dice chicken into cubes.

Combine sauce ingredients, cook over medium heat, until thickened.

Add sauce to chicken and mix well. Add vegetables and cornstarch. Stir until thickened.

Serve over rice!

*Serves 2-4 people
