1 lb Rotini pasta
2 tsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 lb ground turkey (or hamburger)
2/3 c water
1 pkg taco seasoning
2 c Mexican blend cheese
2 c chopped tomato
1 c chopped bell pepper
1/2 c chopped green onions
1/2 c sliced olives
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cumin
1 - 8 oz sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-heat. Add garlic, saute 1 minute. Add turkey, cook until browned, stirring to crumble. Stir in water and taco seasoning, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 4 minutes or until liquid almost evaporates and the turkey is done. Remove from heat, cool slightly. Combine pasta, turkey, cheese, tomato, pepper, onion's, olives and black beans. Combine lime juice, salt, cumin and sour cream, stirring until well blended. Pour over pasta mixture, toss gently to coat.
Serve with salsa
