1 bag of old-fashioned cole slaw mix
1 (11 oz) can of Mexican corn, drained
1 (2 oz) jar of diced pimientos, drained
2 cups of broccoli florets, chopped
1 cup minced fresh parsley
1 small red onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/8 cup of Splenda (add more if you desire)
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients
ingredients. In a small bowl combine apple cider vinegar, and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove cool completely. Pour dressing over slaw, toss gently to coat. Put in refrigerator 2-3 hours and serve.
