2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 T flour
1/8 tsp salt
Texas Toast bread (or any bread)

Beat the eggs in shallow bowl. Add the milk, vanilla, four and salt. Beat mixture with electric mixer. Be sure flour is well combined. Heat a large skillet to medium heat. Dip the bread a slice at a time into the batter and coat each side well. Cook about 2 mins per side or until golden brown.
