1 bag bowtie noodles
1 large can Prego spaghetti sauce
1 or 2 lbs hamburger
1 (16 oz) cottage cheese
2 eggs
2 cups Cheddar cheese
2 cups Mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 T parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
pinch of garlic salt

Cook noodles.
Brown meat then add sauce and cook for 10 mins.
Mix together the cottage cheese, eggs, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
In a 9x13 pan (or smaller) layer meat mixture first then cheese mixture and a layer of noodles.
Repeat and then top with remaining 2 cups of cheese.
Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 for 30-45 mins.
