1 lb. hamburger
2 med onion, chopped fine
1 C celery, chopped fine
1 1/2 cloves garlic, minced
1 and 1/2 C catsup
3 T. prepared mustard
1 and 1/2 salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 can (1 lb. 13 oz. each) baked bean
1/4 lb. bacon slices
2/3 C beef broth (can use 1 beef bouillon cube and 2/3 C water)

Fry bacon until crisp. Remove & drain pan. In same pan, cook meat, onion, & celery until meat is brown and onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole dish. Cover & bake at 375 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Crumble bacon over beans & serve.
