5 Potatoes
2-3 Garlic Cloves
3 sticks Butter
1/2 Onion
1-2 tsp. Montreal steak seasoning
1-2 tsp. Tony Chachers original Creole seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Wash and chunk up potatoes leaving the skin on, add 3 sticks of Butter to baking dish, add Potatoes to Butter then dice Onion and Garlic and add to Butter and Potatoes
add Creole and Steak seasoning (depends on how much spice you want) to Butter, shake and cover with foil. Cook for 30-45 minutes.

I really like them soft. I always shake my potatoes before I put them in the oven and also at least once while cooking. You may need more butter depending on how many potatoes you make same goes with the spices. Its also really good to dip into A-1 sauce when eating. Enjoy :)
