1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 lbs. lean chili meat
2 small green bell peppers chopped
1 small red pepper chopped
2 medium white onion chopped
2 cloves garlic crushed
2-3 T.chopped jalapeņos-remove seeds & veins
3-15oz cans cut up tomatoes
1 can diced RoTel
6 heaping T. chili powder
2 T. crushed cumin
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 C beer (dark Mexican preferred)
1 rounded T. pepper
3 15oz cans black beans-do not drain

Heat oil in 5-6 quart pot. Add beef, red and green peppers, onion and garlic. Cook until the beef is browned, add all the rest of the ingredients except beans. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Stir in undrained beans. Cover and simmer 25 more minutes.
