4 cups diced rhubarb
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cream
cinnamon to taste
dash of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell, cover with top crust and bake 40-50 minutes in a 350º oven.
