1 cup sliced onion - simmer in 1 tablespoon butter until onion is tender
1 hard boiled eggs - sliced
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (8oz)
1 can cond. cream of mushrooms soup
1 tablespoon wondra flour

3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon dillweed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 slices caraway rye bread -
buttered and cut into 4 triangles

Directions:
Directions:
Spread onion mixture into bottom of 8x11 baking dish. Top with egg slices, sprinkle with cheese. Beat remaining ingredients, except bread, in bowl with rotary beater. Pour it over cheese. Overlap bread slices on top of casserole.
Bake 350º 30-35 minutes
Set oven to Broil - place 5 inches from heat for 1 minute or until bread is toasted.
