3 table spoons of milk
butter
cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Crack your eggs into a food processor.
Pour the milk.
Blend.

Put a slice of butter in the pan with the flame on high.
Once the butter has melted pour the mixture into the middle of the pan. Use a spatula and keep the eggs in the middle until nice and fluffy. Turn off the flame and serve. Add cheese while still hot if desired.
