5 tbsp flour
1 c milk
1 c granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 c softened butter

Directions:
Place milk into small saucepan. Whisk in flour. Bring to boil, reduce heat, stir constantly. Mixture is extremely thick, resembles very thick paste when done. Fill sink part way with ice and water. Cover pan with lid and set in sink to cool (make sure no water gets in). When cool, add butter, sugar, and vanilla. Whip 15 FULL minutes. Spread on cake and keep cake cool.
