2 thin pork cutlets or thin boneless pork chops
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt or sage
2 T. fine bread crumbs
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1 T. butter
1/2 T. cooking oil
1 T. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Pound out pork cutlets. In a bag, combine the seasoned salt or sage, bread crumbs and the Parmesan cheese. Shake the cutlets in mixture until coated completely. In a fry pan, melt the butter with the oil over medium heat. Add cutlets and fry on both sides until golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley.
