2lbs Italian Sausage
1 large can of whole tomatoes
1 can of tomato sauce
garlic (crush 2 cloves)
1/2 cup parsley
salt and pepper to taste
3 eggs
1 large carton ricotta cheese
1/2 cups grated Italian cheese
I pack sliced mozzarella cheese
lasagna noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Skin and cook Italian sausage (drain grease)
add can of tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of basil, one teaspoon of parsely flakes, salt and pepper, simmer 45 minutes.
Cook lasagna noodles
Cheese filing. mix 3 eggs, ricotta cheese, Italian cheese,1/2 cup of parsley flakes, salt and pepper
Layer in casserole dish
noodle, cheese filing, meat sauce, mozzarella cheese, then noodle, cheese filling, mozzarella and meat sauce
Bake at 350º for thirty minutes until hot. let stand 15 minute then cut into square servings
