1 c. chopped peeled tomatoes
1 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced cucumber
1/4 c. minced green onion
2 T. parsley flakes
1 tsp. chives
1 tsp. fresh chopped basil
1 small clove garlic - minced
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. tomato juice
sour cream

Combine all ingredients except sour cream. Chill. Top each serving with a tsp. of sour cream. Can also serve with croutons or tostito chips.
