2 c. Flour
4 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Sugar
1/2 c. Vegetable Shortening
2/3 c. Milk
1 Egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together Flour, Baking Powder, Cream of Tartar, Salt, and Sugar. Cut in Shortening. Beat Milk and Egg together. Add to mixture and knead. Roll out dough. Cut Biscuits and freeze.

Place on baking sheet and bake at 425º for 20 minutes.
