1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup shopped onion
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 1/4 cups frozen corn, thawed
1 1/4 cups beef broth
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp molasses

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat: drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat: cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
