1 8 oz. pkg. Rice-A-RoniŠ (chicken flavored)
4 scallions, sliced
12 medium pimento stuffed green olives, sliced
1/2 green pepper, diced
2 6 oz. jars artichoke hearts (cut up and reserve 1/2 cup of artichoke liquid)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. curry powder

Prepare Rice-A-RoniŠ as directed. Let cool. Add olives, scallions, artichokes and green pepper. Stir. Add mayo and artichoke liquid. Stir. Add curry powder. Stir. Chill for 8 hours. This really allows all the flavors to come together.
