1 cauliflower cut into small pieces
1-2 stalks broccoli, chopped
1 onion, diced
1 stalk parsley, chopped
1 c. instant potatoes
1 cube butter
flour
whole milk or half and half
grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cauliflower, broccoli, onion and parsley together in water and seasoning salt until cooked. Do not pour off water. Add instant potatoes.
Melt butter and enough flour to make paste. Add enough milk or half and half to make a semi-thick soup. Add to vegetable mixture along with grated cheese to taste.
