BATTER:

1 cup flour plus 2 T
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 egg
1 or 1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour into bowl, add milk stirring until smooth. Add egg and remaining ingredients.

Dip vegetables in mixture and fry in about 1 inch of hot oil.

Can be used on other vegetables such as green tomatoes.
