Ingredients:  
5- 6 med potatoes
1/2 c chopped onions
2 T flour
2 T butter
1- 1 1/2 c milk
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes. Mix butter and milk, microwave 1 min. Mix flour, salt and pepper and microwave for 4 min. Layer potatoes, onions, and mixture until mixture is gone. Add additional milk if necessary to cover potatoes. Microwave for 25 min.
