1 pound ball of fresh pizza dough
1 16 oz. roll of sausage
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup provolone cheese, sliced into strips
salt, pepper, oregano
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1) Let dough rise on counter for 1 hour.
2) Preheat oven to 350º.
3) Crumble and thoroughly cook sausage, then drain on paper towels.
4) Divide the dough into 2 halves and roll out each into a large rectangle.
5) Put half of sausage and cheese on each rectangle and season to taste with salt, pepper, and oregano.
6) Roll up each dough and place on a baking stone. Brush tops with olive oil and season with spices if desired.
7) Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes, until browned and the bread sounds hollow when tapped.

You can substitute meat and cheese fillings with pepperoni, ham, salami, etc.
