1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped pecans
1 medium onion, finely chopped or grated
1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce
1 garlic clove, pressed
strawberry preserves
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all of the ingredients except the preserves. Shape into a ball with an indentation in the top. Serve with the strawberry preserves in the indentation.
