3 cups Bisquick
1 pound ground pork sausage, mild
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a large bar pan or cover with non-stick aluminum foil.

1) Combine all ingredients, usually need to finish by hand.
2) Shape into 1-inch balls.
3) Place in pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly browned.

This recipe is from Grammie. These are Matt's favorite and just about every holiday needs to start off with a batch of these. I always make the balls the night before and bake in the morning.
