1 c. melted butter or margarine
2 1/2 c. milk (warmed)
2 pkg. yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 eggs
6-7 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 c. flour, yeast, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Add butter, milk, eggs, and almond extract. Stir until mixed. Add flour, one cup at a time, until it forms a soft dough. Knead until smooth and elastic. Let rise until doubled in a greased bowl. Place on greased cookie sheets in egg-sized balls. Let rise 20-30 minutes more. Bake at 400º for 12-15 minutes.
