3 c macaroni
4 tbsp butter
1 lb. cheese, medium grated
2 eggs
2 c milk
1/2 tsp onion flakes

Directions:
In a 4-qt. saucepan, add macaroni to 3 quarts boiling salted water. (about 1 tbsp salt). Cook until only half done. Drain, add butter and stir. Arrange 1/3 of macaroni in a 2 qt casserole dish lightly coated with a no stick vegetable spray. In separate bowl, beat eggs with a fork, and add onion flakes and milk. Mix. Pour 1/3 of egg-milk mixture over macaroni, then grate 1/3 of the cheese onto the macaroni. Repeat with next two layers. Press macaroni gently down with a fork until liquid comes up over top layer. Add more milk, if necessary. Bake at 325º for 40-45 minutes or until bubbly and top is a tempting golden brown.
