4 chicken breasts, diced
12 corn tortillas cut in quarters (or flour if you prefer.
2 cups grates cheese - cheddar and jack combined, if you wish
1 can each cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
1 small onion diced finely
1 small can of chiles, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Saute diced chicken and onion in oil until chicken no longer pink.
Mix together with soup, sour cream and chiles.
Grease a 9x13 pan. Layer the ingredients, starting with tortillas, then chicken mixture. Makes about 3 layers.
Sprinkle cheese over the top.
Bake covered at 350F for 45 minutes or until done.
Can be made ahead of time. Add some minutes if chilled.
