1 head of broccoli cut up
1 ham steak diced
1 lb. fettuccine
Sauce:
2 tbsp. margarine or butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c milk
1.2 c Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fettuccine & steam the broccoli (Keep warm)
Sauce: In medium saucepan melt margarine or butter, add flour stir, add mile all at once. Stirring constantly with whisk over medium heat till thickened & bubbly, then cook 1-2 minutes longer. Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese & dash of pepper (I actually add a lot of pepper), stir & remove from heat. Mix all & enjoy!

A co-worker of mine here in Indiana gave me this quick recipe & my family loves it. You can add canned chicken in place of the ham & it's really good too.
