3 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Cinnamon
2 c. Sugar
Liquid Ingredients:
4 Eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 c. Vegetable Oil
2 c. Frozen Strawberries, thawed
Optional:
1 1/4 c. Pecans, chopped

Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º; Mix together all dry ingredients, mix liquid ingredients together and combine, make a "well" in center of dry ingredients and add liquid mixture, stir just until moistened, and add Nuts if desired. Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans for 1 hour.

Jan: Mom used vegetable or soup cans emptied, washed and then greased and floured [very well] to bake her holiday nut breads instead of loaf pans. The baking time is not as long. The breads were cut into little round slices and were nice arranged on a platter or the little round loaves could be wrapped up and added to gift baskets.
