3 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
4 Eggs
2 c. Sugar
1 c. Oil
2 tsp. Coconut Flavoring
1 c. Buttermilk
1 c. Coconut Flaked
1 c. Nuts, chopped
Glaze:
1 1/2 c. Sugar
3/4 c. Water
3 tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Coconut Flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º; Mix all dry ingredients, cream together Eggs, Sugar, Oil and Flavoring, mix into dry ingredients alternately with Buttermilk. Stir in Coconut Flakes and Nuts. Pour into greased tube pan or 2 loaf pans. Bake 30-35 minutes. Just before bread is done cook Glaze ingredients [except Flavoring] for 5 minutes on medium to low heat, stir in Flavoring. Cool bread in pan/s, then pour Glaze evenly and slowly over. Let soak in 1 hour and then remove bread from pan/s.
