1st Layer:
1 Angel Food Cake
1 lg. container Cool Whip
2nd Layer:
8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 c. Powdered Sugar
1 small container Cool Whip
3rd Layer:
2 qt. Fresh Strawberries, sliced
1 1/2 c. Water
3/4 c. Sugar
2 tbsp. Cornstarch
1 small pkg. Strawberry Jell-O

1st Layer: Cube the Angel Food Cake and mix with large container of Cool Whip. Spoon into 9 X 13 inch dish.

2nd Layer: Mix together Cream Cheese, Vanilla, and Powdered Sugar, then add Cool Whip. Put over 1st layer.

3rd Layer: Mix together Water, Sugar and Cornstarch in saucepan. Heat over medium heat until thick and clear in color. Let Boil 2 minutes. Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Cool slightly. Mix with sliced Strawberries and pour over mixture in dish. Chill and serve.

Personal Notes:
My family likes all that glaze and strawberries. So I double the 3rd layer, but only use 2-1/2 qts. of strawberries. I also make 3rd layer (glaze) first so it can be cooling.
