2 large cans peaches
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 T. flour
3/4 cup shortening
1 T. milk`1/4 cup boiling water
2 Cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peaches, salt, sugar, cinnamon and 3 T. flour. Pour into bottom of 13x9 glass pan. Mix shortening, milk and water and mix like whip cream. Add 2 cups flour and 1 tsp. salt. Roll out on wax paper. Place over peach mixture and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes.
