2 1/4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4tsp. salt
2/3c. shortening
1c. sugar
2 eggs
1tsp. vanilla
1c. mashed banana
Directions:
Directions:
Sift the flour then measure and sift again with baking powder, soda and salt. Cream shortening and gradually cream in the sugar. Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each addition. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Bake in a 350º oven for 10-15 minutes
