2 pounds London Broil or Round Steak (about 1-inch thick), cut into serving-size pieces
¼ cup flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can beef broth
1 can onion soup or (1 package Lipton Onion Soup with 1 cup water)

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Add beef, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. Remove steak from bag; flatten to ¾ inch thickness.
In a large skillet, brown steak on both sides in oil over medium-high heat. Transfer meat to a
2 qt. baking dish.
In a bowl, combine tomato soup, golden mushroom soup, beef broth and onion soup.
Pour over beef and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 325 degrees until bubbly, then turn down to 300 degrees for 3 hours.
