1 lb. lump crabmeat
1/2 c. pickled jalapeños, finely chopped
1 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
1/2 block pepper jack cheese, grated
1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. paprika

Clean crabmeat of any shell fragments. Mix all ingredients together except for Parmesan cheese and paprika. Pour into a sprayed or greased nine-inch round or eight-inch square shallow baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and paprika on top. Bake in preheated 350º oven for about 30 minutes. Serve hot with bagel chips.
