Chicken Soup Recipe

2 cups cooked chicken
1 can potato soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. can green chilies
1 can Mexican corn
1 jar sliced mushrooms
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
1/2 cup half and half
1 1/2 cups grated cheese
sliced green onions for garnish

Heat all ingredients to bubbly consistency except cheese. Simmer for 15-20 minutes to blend flavors.
Add grated cheese and blend into soup mixture, heating until bubbly again. Ladle into bowls and top with additional cheese and sliced green onions for garnish (if desired).
